DECEMBER 2020: ‘BLOCK DIWAS-TARGETS & ACHIEVEMENTS’.

2nd DECEMBER

DODA
  • The Block Diwas events were held at the designated locations in Doda, Bhaderwah, Gandoh, Thathri and Assar which witnessed active participation of locals from across the seventeen blocks of the district.
  • As many as 58 grievances/applications were received during the program and all of them were redressed by the officer's/officials of respective departments on the spot.
  • Several services which includes 23 category certificates, 157 Domicile certificates and 13 revenue papers were also provided to the people on spot.
  KATHUA
  • District Development Commissioner Kathua presided over Block Diwas proceedings at block Mahreen.
  • The DDC passed on the spot directions to the concerned to take necessary steps to mitigate the projected problems and grievances of the people within stipulated time.
  • The Block diwas proceedings were also held at designated locations in Basohli, Bani, Hiranagar and Billawar blocks, where people from adjoining blocks also participated.
  KISHTWAR
  • District Development Commissioner Kishtwar presided over the weekly block Divas at the block headquarter Nagseni in presence of a team of district administration.
  • During the programme PRIs apprised the DDC about various demands and grievances.
  • The DDC redressed many grievances on spot and documented the rest for forwarding to the concerned quarters for immediate redressal.
   

9th DECEMBER

DODA
  • The weekly Block Diwas activities were held at designated locations across Doda district. The entire program was held under the supervision of District Development Commissioner (DDC)
  • 29 grievances/applications were received during the program and all of them were redressed by the officers/officials of respective departments on the spot, besides 11 category certificates and 12 Domicile certificates were provided to the people/beneficiaries.
  • Moreover 378 families were covered under Ayushman Bharat scheme, while 05 ration cards were also seeded.
  • 175 new works under different heads which includes MGNREGA, 14th FC, Capex and CSS were also started in different areas of the district.
   

16th DECEMBER

BANDIPORA
  • Deputy Commissioner Bandipora held Public Grievance Camp (PGC) at Mini Secretariat.
  • DC sought the cooperation of Panchayat Raj Institutions in easing out the attestation process of labor forms.
  • He informed the people of the Solid Waste Management programme which will be shortly launched in all the Municipal Committees and Municipal Councils of the district besides adopting a waste management plan for every Panchayat
  • The administration will also launch a massive cleanliness/sanitation drive across the district involving youth volunteers and students to clean our surroundings especially water bodies.
  • Similar program was also held in Sumbal and Gurez where respective Sub-Divisional Magistrates interacted with the people and assessed their grievances.
  DODA
  • The weekly Block Diwas proceedings were held in Doda district which witnessed active participation of locals from various parts of the District.
  • Block events were held at designated locations, where the teams of Different departments along with the frontline field functionaries delivered varied service to the people and listened to their grievances.
  • All the concerned Officers attended the block diwas to take the appraisal about the grievances raised by the people and services being provided to them during the program.
  • 64 grievances/applications were received during the program and were redressed on spot on priority basis.
  • 08 category certificates, 177 Domicile certificates, besides 13 different revenue papers were provided to the people on spot.
  • 211 students were covered under scholarship scheme, adding to this 17 ration cards were seeded during the program.
    KULGAM
  • The District Administration organised Mega Block Diwas at 3 blocks of the district to take appraisal of the peoples issues, grievances and demands.
  • During the mega Block Diwas, functions were held at Devsar, Kulgam and D.H.Pora blocks of the district. Officers and officials from line departments listened to issues, grievances and demands of the people for timely redressal at all the three venues.
  • Meanwhile to take first hand appraisal of public grievances and demands, the Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kulgam remained available at Block Kulgam.
   

30th DECEMEBR

DODA
  • The entire program was held under the supervision of District Development Commissioner.
  • Block events were held at designated locations, where the teams of different departments along with the frontline field functionaries delivered varied service to the people and listened to their grievances.
  • 63 grievances/applications were received, out of which 60 were redressed on spot on priority basis
  • 35 category certificates, 115 Domicile certificates, besides 23 different revenue papers were provided to the people on spot.
  • 220 students were also covered under scholarship scheme, during the program.
